According to a 'Pozirk' source, Siarhei Strybulski was detained as early as November 14, after which he served two administrative arrests. Since December 12, he has been held in a criminal case. Strybulski is currently in Mogilev prison No. 4, part of which is used as a pre-trial detention center.

As the source notes, Siarhei Strybulski has been charged under Part 1 of Art. 361⁴ of the Criminal Code — for allegedly involving other persons in extremist activities and assisting them.

Strybulski was first detained in 2017 as part of the high-profile 'White Legion case.' He spent 99 days behind bars then, but the case was closed due to the absence of elements of a crime. Later, in the autumn of 2021, he was detained again, with his equipment and so-called 'protest symbols' confiscated.

In 2022, according to the human rights center 'Viasna,' Strybulski was detained on March 23 — on the eve of Freedom Day. The next day, he was arrested for 15 days. After his release, he told acquaintances that he was beaten and subjected to electric shock during his detention.
