In Ivanava, hundreds of ducks trapped in an ice trap
In the district center of Ivanava, Brest region, on a section of the local Samranka river along Kosmonavtov street, ice formed on the water surface, which became a trap for hundreds of ducks, writes the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

To help the ducks trapped in the icy captivity, a rescue operation had to be carried out.
After the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees cleared the ice, the birds returned to their usual environment.
