Chinese advertised how their electric car cleverly shakes off snow. Belarusians checked
In Belarus, car enthusiasts from the company ev.wiki tested the advertised method by which the Chinese electric car BYD Yangwang U7 supposedly shakes off snow, and found that in reality, everything looks completely different from the advertisement, writes Autogrodno.by.

Yangwang U7 is a premium electric car from the Chinese company BYD, produced since 2024 under a separate brand Yangwang. It has ambitions to compete with popular models such as the Mercedes-Benz EQS and Tesla Model S Plaid.
A special feature of the Yangwang U7 is its active Yunnian-Z suspension. In the promotional video, the manufacturer showed that thanks to it, the car can supposedly shake off snow on its own.
However, in Minsk, when Belarusian car enthusiasts tested this while recording a video, almost no snow fell from the car – it was clear that the snow was wet, not fluffy, as in the advertisement.
