Russian drone hit a bus with miners in Dnipropetrovsk region. 15 people died

Russian forces attacked a service bus transporting workers after a shift at one of DTEK company's mines. According to the latest information, the number of casualties has risen to 15 people.

The tragedy occurred on the evening of February 1. A Russian attack drone struck the bus as people were returning home after their workday. As a result of the strike, the vehicle caught fire. Rescuers who arrived at the scene extinguished the fire, but most of the people inside perished.

Initially, 12 dead and 7 injured were reported, but later the State Emergency Service of Dnipropetrovsk Region clarified the data: the number of casualties increased to 15 people. The injured have been hospitalized, and doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance.

This attack was part of a large-scale strike on the region's energy infrastructure.

Pavlohrad district is a key coal center of Ukraine. The targeted strike on a service bus with workers once again confirms the tactic of the Russian army, aimed at destroying civilian infrastructure and intimidating the peaceful population that ensures the country's vital functions.
