Kyiv considers this model "the most fair and most reliable" for a possible silence regime.
"Russia wants us to withdraw from Donetsk region, but we said that the most reliable position is 'stand where we are'. The American side offers such a compromise option, in their opinion. And we note that the parties discussed this issue," he stated.
