A residential building near Chelyuskintsev Park in Minsk is often mistaken for an office building, but it was precisely here that the most expensive apartment in Belarus was sold in January. The housing cost the buyer 710 thousand dollars, writes Realt.by.
The building is located at Nezavisimosti Avenue, 95A, and was built in 2009. It is an 11-story elite building with only 46 apartments. A parking lot is located on the basement floor, and commercial premises are on the first floors.
The building has 12 two-level apartments and two penthouses. The layouts vary: from a few rooms to very spacious options, including those with eight rooms.
The most expensive apartment in January is a five-room apartment, with an area of 173 square meters. The cost of one "square" was about 4100 dollars.
