The actual workplace is indicated at Yanka Kupala Street, 27 — where the recently built luxury hotel Waldorf Astoria is located (on its site previously stood the building of the National Exhibition Center "Belexpo").
Judging by the description, the employer is ready to consider foreign citizens as well. According to Belarusian legislation, however, such positions are in any case first posted in the national job database — even if the company already has a potential candidate from abroad.
The candidate is required to have higher education and at least five years of work experience.
Among the requirements are: proficiency in English and German, managerial experience in the hospitality sector and in five-star hotels for at least five years, as well as at least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in the public catering sector.
This is not the first high-paying vacancy at Waldorf Astoria, and not even a record: last summer they sought a general manager for a salary of 30,000 to 32,000 rubles per month.
