Vitaly Zalesky — First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences,
Alexei Trukhanov — — Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences;
Igor Fisenko — Ambassador to Slovakia;
Yuri Nikolaychik — Ambassador to Zimbabwe;
Dmitry Krasovsky — Ambassador to Tanzania concurrently.
Maxim Alyashkevich — Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee;
