The starting price at the auction was just over 88 thousand rubles. Only one buyer participated in the auction, who ultimately became the new owner.
The new owner will be able to use the building not only as a market. It is permitted to open a cafe or restaurant, household service facilities, a hotel, as well as cultural or entertainment establishments.
