Stefan Ericsson, the Sweden ambassador to Belarus, climbed on the parapet of the embassy building to pronounce the address in honour of the National Day of Sweden on June 6.
The party gathered around 450 representatives of all political, business and social groups. Stefan Ericsson, as usual, spoke Belarusian to his guests.
