Is Belarus a reservation of the USSR spirit?
Surprisingly, the ‘Town of Masters’ — the annual craftsmen’s fair held during the International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazar in Viciebsk — turned into the Soviet theme park: the theme of the USSR is popular both in Viciebsk and neighbouring Polack.
The International Arts Festival Slavianski Bazar in Viciebsk takes place annually since 1992. This year the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 Loreen is going to perform at the festival’s opening night.
