Russian Officials Demanded Bribe to Build Church

Two men arrested after receiving 3mln Russian roubles.
The chief and deputy chief of administration of Moscow’s district Lukhovitsy was arrested for receiving a bribe, Lenta.ru reports referring to Russian Investigative Committee.
Nikolai Isaenkov and Nikolai Kuskov are reported to demand a bribe from a businessman who was trying to rent 4,000 sq. m. of land to construct a production line. However, the unlucky businessman was required the bribe of 3mln Russian roubles under the guise of donation for building a church.
The 67 years’ old negotiator, Nikolai Isaenkov and Nikolai Kuskov were arrested after the businessman handed the bribe.
