Collection of items announced in Vilnius for former political prisoners
The "Volnyja" (Free Ones) initiative team has started collecting humanitarian aid for former political prisoners who moved to Lithuania after their release.
Former political prisoners need the following items:
- men's and women's warm clothing (both casual and more formal);
- footwear and bedding;
- kitchen utensils and pots;
- other household items that can help settle daily life, pleasant, beautiful things.
Volunteers emphasize that only clean items in good condition, without stains or damage, will be accepted.
Where to bring: Vilnius, Vilniaus g. 20 (entrance through the arch, landmark – Belarusian flag). Items can be left on the first floor in the cloakroom on the left.
Collection point opening hours: Thursday and Friday: from 14:00 to 20:00; Saturday and Sunday: from 10:00 to 19:00.
