In the third round match, the Belarusian defeated Anastasia Potapova, representing Austria, with a score of 7:6 (6:4), 7:6 (9:7).
The match lasted 2 hours and 2 minutes and, as we can see, featured two tie-breaks.
During this time, Sabalenka served three aces, made two double faults, and converted four out of eight break points.
In the Round of 16, Aryna will play against Victoria Mboko from Canada.
In 2023 and 2024, Sabalenka became a tournament winner, but a year ago she lost in the final.
