Now, everyone flying into the country must fill out an electronic arrival card (e-Arrival Card) in advance. The paper version is no longer used. This form must be completed no later than 72 hours before arrival, and it must be held by every passenger — it is checked already during flight registration.
It is important to remember that this card does not replace a visa. A visa is still required for travel to India. However, a visa can be obtained online: you need to fill out an application form, pay the fee, and usually, a response comes within three days.
There are direct flights from Minsk to the capital of India, New Delhi. The flight there takes about seven hours.
