Police in Lyubertsy have launched an investigation after a shocking video involving food delivery service couriers appeared online. The footage shows men using their work thermal bags to transport small children.
The footage captures a courier in a yellow uniform arriving at a shopping center on a scooter and taking a small child out of a thermal bag attached to the luggage rack.
Almost simultaneously, a second man arrives and takes a girl out of a similar bag.
Police reported that the identities of the couriers are currently being established. It is unknown whether these men are the children's parents.
