«They will come without visas, like in 1945»: Medvedev threatened the EU with a military invasion

In his social media post, he called Kallas a «blonde rat» and stated that Russian military personnel «can enter without visas if they want to — as in 1812 or 1945», expressing an ironic attitude towards the intentions of the European Union.

Medvedev's statement appeared on the same day that the EU was considering new sanctions against Russia. Earlier, EU High Representative Kaja Kallas announced that they are working with the European Commission on a mechanism that will prevent hundreds of thousands of former Russian military personnel from freely entering the Schengen area.
«We do not want war criminals and saboteurs moving through our streets», she emphasized.
