The National Cadastral Agency (NCA) has published data on the value of land plots as part of Belarus' national wealth.

According to information from the NCA, the total value of the republic's lands exceeds 615.37 billion rubles — which is 37.2% of all economic assets of the country.
The largest contribution to this amount is made by lands of cities and urban-type settlements: despite occupying only 1.6% of the territory, they account for 33% of the total value. Meanwhile, agricultural lands occupy a larger area.
The NCA emphasizes that the value of lands grows annually by approximately 10%. The reasons are the growth in real estate prices, the expansion of urban areas, and the increased efficiency of agricultural production, the agency's press service reports.
For comparison, Elon Musk's assets exceeded 800 billion dollars in February.
