A 22-year-old driver ate the protocol on withdrawal of her driving license in Hrodna on May 16. The girl was detained by traffic police of the Internal Affairs Executive Committee and had the protocol drawn up. The violator, who behaved so inadequately, was taken to a police station for further investigation. Her car was placed on the parking penalty.
During the arrest on May 16 traffic policemen also prepared a protocol on administrative violation. The girl had been previously fined for driving being intoxicated while on May 1 she was deprived of the right to drive a car for three years. At the same time she’s kept her driver's license, reported Hrodna highway patrol.
In July 2011, this violator was detained for driving without a license. In October 2011, she passed a practical test for a driver's license for the fourth time. As for the theory test, she managed to pass it only after eight attempts.
