Early in May 2012 the central government debt and debt guaranteed by the central government amounted to Br142.9 trillion in the equivalent in the structure of the country's public debt (a decrease of 0.9% YTD). As for the domestic debt, it increased by 7.7% to Br34.72 trillion while the foreign one has decreased by 3.3% to Br108.19 trillion.
According to the report of the National Statistics Committee, the central government debt amounted to Br112.37 trillion (down by 3.4% YTD).
The debt guaranteed by the central government has risen by 10% YTD up to Br30.53 trillion.
