Pilot Dies After Small Plane Crash

A pilot was killed after his ultra-light crop-dusting plane crashed in a field in the Homyel region on the evening of May 31.

An inquiry has been opened into the crash of the Russian-made Aviatika MAI-890 that killed the 46-year-old pilot.

The accident happened in the Khojniki district in southeastern Belarus.
