A Turkish investor is going to construct country’s largest river port.
A new river port is going to be built on the bank of the Dnieper, reported the deputy chief on sea and river transportation Andrej Charnobyliec.
The investment project worth $10mln was signed with a Turkish company in November, 2011.
The river port is going to become Belarus’ largest one and will be able to receive heavy vessels.
Belarus totals 10 river ports hitherto.
