Messages from 43T.
The shot was made in Zhodzina — a town near Minsk where a group of street artists called 43T (probably in honor of a Soviet WWII tank T-43) practice ‘art-vandalism’.
They don’t consider their works to be art, they do not want to personalize it and don’t want to go public.
They just leave “emotional reminders from 1990’s” when every wall was covered with unclear words.
However, their messages are more radical and modern. Sometimes they are connected with politics, sometimes with social problems.
It is a street dialogue, it is true vandalism.
