The Republic of Belarus terminates the investment agreement with the joint limited company Minsk City on the construction of a multifunctional complex, Minsk City Business Center. Minsk City Hall has been tasked to cancel the contact due to the investor’s inability to implement it within the established deadline.
The decision was made to find a new investor to implement the project to build the Minsk City business center on 16 February after Aliaksandr Lukashenka heard out a report regarding the fulfillment of his instructions to build the multifunctional facility. It was noted that the customer STAA Minsk City, which main founder is the group of companies Itera, was slow to implement the project. The investor failed to turn the situation around.
Minsk City is a multifunctional complex in Minsk. It will cover 318 hectares and will house residential area, commercial real estate and administrative buildings.
The Minsk-City project will go out to international tender. In addition, the project will be presented at the investment forum, which will be held in Minsk in November this year.
