Uladzimir Makiej, the Head of the Presidential Administration of Belarus, was appointed the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Siarhiej Martynau, currently the ex-FM was dismissed from the position to “changing the job”.
The proper decree was signed by Aliaksandr Lukashenka on August 20.
It is worth mentioning that Uladzimir Makiej is blacklisted by the EU as a person responsible for repressions in Belarus and he is prohibited to enter the EU.
