On Monday’s morning both students and mentors of Belarusian State Medical University were shocked at seeing a person hanged at a street light pole at the university campus.
However, after taking a closer look, the person turned out to be a male dummy. The dummy has the name: Ihar. He is usually “displayed” (even is such a terrifying way) on important occasions such as the beginning of the academic year which fell on September 3 this year.
Still, in spite of the humorous nature of the incident, the mentors were outraged as Ihar was hanging from the pole for half a day and no one hurried to take him down.
