Ihar Bokij Wins Fourth Paralympics Gold

The athlete had also set a new world record and then beat it himself.

Belarusian swimmer Ihar Bokij has won his fourth gold medal at the London Paralympics, this time in 400m freestyle, Pressball says.

Moreover, he bet the world record twice on one day: his first heat’s result was 4:02,83 and in the final heat he bet his own record making 400 meters within 3:58,78.

Altogether, Ihar has already got 5 Olympic medals: four gold and a silver.

Ihar is 18-year-old, he lives in Babruisk, Belarus.
