A young photographer from Minsk chose an unusual venue for his exhibition: an entrance of block of flats became the site.
Now grey walls are enlivened with the photos telling the stories from days of Belarusian homeless animal shelters.
“There is private space, there is public space. The entrance is no one’s space. It is the space of diffusion: not private but still not completely public. We want to watch spectators’ reaction. Some are indifferent, but the absence of the response is also interesting,” Volha Sazykina, the curator of the exhibition says.
