Belarus' energy ministry is discussion with potential investors from Russia, Turkey, Czech Republic and China to develop project.
Deputy energy minister Mikhail Mikhadiuk remarked that they are also in discussions with all the potential investors from various nations over the construction of the 20MW hydroelectric power plant on the Neman.
“Negotiations are also underway over the construction of the hydroelectric power chain on the Dnieper River,” added Mikhadiuk.
The country has also handed over the proposals to potential investors from India and Poland with the terms of implementation be finalized once the investor has been identified.
