Belarus will get its first specialized museum dedicated to preserves. This was reported by the project creators on social media.

The unusual museum will be located in Radoshkovichi on 3 Lipenya Street, 32 — next to contact zoos where you can see cockatoo parrots and snails.
Visitors will learn about the traditions of salting, pickling, and marinating, be shown recipes for preserves from different regions of Belarus, and offered to taste brine.
In addition to the permanent exhibition, the museum plans to hold tastings, master classes on preparing pickles, and various gastronomic events.
The opening of the museum is scheduled for January 3rd.
