Over 11 months, according to these figures, he managed to achieve the following:
- — the lowest number of murders in history
- — the largest tax cut in history
- — expulsion of 600,000 illegal migrants
- — creation of 687,000 new private sector jobs
- ▫️ over 235 billion US dollars in tariffs
Customs duty revenues were calculated for the period from January 20 to December 15, 2025. They are significantly higher than previous figures: in the 2024 fiscal year, the US received only $77 billion in customs revenues. However, these figures do not yet reach the target — in July, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated that he was counting on $300 billion.
Against this backdrop, it is noteworthy that Americans' satisfaction with economic policy, according to a report by NPR, is only 36% — this is the lowest level in the last six years, writes Bild.
