Pavel met his family at the bus station in Vilnius.

Politician and former political prisoner Pavel Seviarynets was in the group of those who were released and deported to Ukraine on December 13. After that, he arrived in Vilnius.
After 5.5 years behind bars, Seviarynets finally met his wife, Volha, and son, Frantsishak. The politician today published this family photo on his Telegram channel.
Seviarynets was detained on June 7, 2020, after a picket at Kamarouka. Initially, he was sentenced to days of arrest. When on the morning of July 22, 2020, Pavel's mother and wife were informed that he would be released, Volha went to meet him. Seviarynets was not released. With that photo of Volha with flowers waiting for her beloved husband under the walls of Akrestsina, photographer Nadzeya Buzhan became a finalist in the world's most prestigious professional photography competition — World Press Photo. The photo was one of the best in the spot news category.

In May 2021, Pavel was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment.
