In 2024, Pavel Kuntsevich was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony under Part 3 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Belarus for "calls for sanctions or other actions aimed at harming the national security of Belarus". The decision was issued by the Minsk City Court on January 22, 2024. He was serving his sentence in colony No. 15 (Mogilev).
In 2025, the court sentenced Pavel to another 8 months of imprisonment under Art. 411 of the Criminal Code of Belarus, after which he was transferred to colony No. 8 (Orsha).
