Satellite images confirm severe destruction at the Votkinsk plant in Udmurtia, where "Iskanders" and "Oreshnik" are produced
The Ukrainian OSINT project CyberBoroshno has published evidence of a successful attack by the AFU on a strategic defense enterprise in Votkinsk, which produces Iskander-M, Topol-M, and Oreshnik missiles. Satellite images recorded a huge hole, approximately 30 by 24 meters, in the roof of one of the plant's key buildings.

The strike, delivered on February 21 by FP-5 "Flamingo" missiles, hit building No. 19 – the electroplating and stamping workshop.
Analysis of the destruction shows that the explosion occurred inside the building, which could have led to the complete incineration of internal areas.
The significance of this strike is due to the workshop's role in the production chain. This section is where metal stamping and forming processes, the production of missile body elements, and galvanic treatment of parts—application of protective coatings and surface preparation for assembly—are carried out.
Damage to such equipment can significantly slow down the production of finished missile systems.
The Votkinsk plant is one of the most important enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex and is under international sanctions from the USA, EU, UK, and other countries.
