The recreation base is located in the Smalyavichy district, Aziarytska-Slabodski rural council, in the village of Baturyanka, Shkolny Lane, 1. In Soviet times, a secondary school operated here, and then the building was reformatted into a sports and recreation base.

The lot put up for sale includes several objects: a main building with an area of about 900 square meters, two summer houses, 26 square meters each, a mini-boiler house, a caretaker's house, an artesian well, and several unfinished capital buildings.

In addition to the buildings, the new owner will also receive a plot of 96 ares (9600 sq.m) for a 99-year lease. According to the terms, the buyer of the base is obliged to ensure security and restricted access to the facility, maintain the proper sanitary condition of the property, and most importantly — to carry out reconstruction, demolition, or construction of a new facility within the deadlines specified by the project documentation.
The village of Baturyanka itself is now a cottage settlement with permanent homes. Nearby are a picturesque lake and a forest.
The auction for the sale of the recreation base will take place electronically on March 4.
