The wife of an EPAM director, for whom money to fight oncology was raised worldwide, has gone into remission
Tatyana Shubadzyorava shared on her Instagram that the treatment helped: "March 9th is my personal holiday, the day of my remission. Thank you, friends, for what you have done for me, for our family."

Tatyana is a psychologist and mother of four children. In 2024, she was diagnosed with a 12-centimeter colorectal tumor with metastases in the liver and lymph nodes — at that time, doctors gave her only two weeks.
German doctors helped her overcome cancer, and the woman went into remission, but only for six months. Tatyana again plunged into a life full of treatment, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy.
Treatment in 2024 cost the family 250,000 euros, and when the relapse occurred so quickly, they were forced to seek help from outside — acquaintances and strangers from all over the world responded to the fundraiser.

Tatyana's husband Andrey, one of the directors of EPAM, a retired colonel, fought for his beloved every day. She deservedly calls him a hero.
"We both got so caught up in the last two years. Finally, we can exhale, relax," Tatyana doesn't hide her emotions. "Now they will replenish my iron (my ferritin is seven (the norm is 40 and above. — NN)). And I will need to treat my hormonal system a bit more. Recovery after chemotherapy and radiation is not quick, but I will try."
