On the evening of April 1, a 44-year-old Geely driver was driving along Brestskaya Street. When turning left onto Lieutenant Kizhavatava Street, he failed to yield to two children — aged 8 and 11, reports the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
