According to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus, the parliamentary elections are valid at all 110 country’s constituencies. The official voting turnout is 65.9 per cent as of 18:00, with the results of advance polling included.
However, the figures presented by independent monitors show the voting turnout differ drastically from the official statistics.

The Central Election Commission reports that 58.6 per cent voters polled as of 16:00 Minsk time.
56 per cent voted in Brest region, 65.6 per cent voted in Viciebsk region, 62.8 per cent voted in Homiel region, 58 per cent voted in Hrodna region, 59.6 per cent in Minsk region, 64.2 per cent in Mahiliou region and 48 per cent voted in Minsk.

As of 14:00 Minsk time, according to the Central Election Commission, the turnout at the parliamentary elections in Belarus reached 50 per cent, BelTA says.
This percentage of voter turnout allows validating the elections in the first round. The Belarusian legislation establishes a 50 per cent turnout requirement to validate the elections.
An estimated 45.7 per cent of votes have been so far cast in Brest region, 57.1 per cent in Viciebsk Oblast, 56.5 per cent in Homiel region, 47.9 per cent in Hrodna region, 51.4 per cent in Minsk region, 54.8 per cent in Mahiliou region, 39.7 per cent in the city of Minsk, and 40.1 per cent of ballots cast outside the country.
However, only 15.6 per cent voters polled in Minsk today: 39.7 per cent voted in Minsk by today, but 24.1 per cent electors voted early but not on the main polling day of September 23.
