Such a picture can be seen in Horky, Mahiliou region, since Monday. The town was completely renovated to host the national harvest festival Dazhynki which has been sumptuously celebrated since 1991.
However, a newly paved road has already turned into something you may see at the photo shot by a local resident.
This year, to renovate the town before Dazhynki, the government allocated Br 1,015,000,000,000 (ca. $118mln) to Horki, the town with the population of 34,000 persons.
The renovation was conducted in a hurry to meet the deadlines.
