A Box of Red Caviar Was Delivered to Trump from Russia

US President Donald Trump was sent a gift from Russia with Steve Whitcoff — a box of red salmon caviar, produced in the Khabarovsk Krai.

The caviar was taken to the White House by US President's Special Representative Steve Whitcoff.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Khabarovsk Krai, before negotiations with the Russian side, US President's envoy Steve Whitcoff had lunch at one of the restaurants, where he tasted this caviar.

It impressed the special envoy so much that he was presented with a whole box. He said he would take it to Trump.
