In Minsk, a 40-year-old man contacted the police. He reported that his bank card was missing and money had been debited from his account.

Police officers found out that an acquaintance of the victim, a 35-year-old Minsk resident who had a previous conviction, had used the card.
It turned out that one day the men met near a supermarket. The card owner asked his acquaintance to buy groceries and handed him the bank card. After the purchase, the latter did not return the card and decided to use it for himself.
Over several days, he used it to pay in various stores more than 20 times.
As a result, the man spent over 200 Belarusian rubles before the owner blocked the card.
A criminal case was initiated based on this fact for theft of property through modification of computer information.
