In Lyuban District, a Teenager Got into Trouble While Dangerously Riding on a Car Tire

On January 4, around 06:20, on highway N-8867 "Chabusy — Kastsyashy" in the Lyuban district, a 17-year-old boy, who did not have a driver's license, was driving an Opel Omega car. Behind the car, he was towing a car tire, on which another 17-year-old teenager was riding.

During the movement, the tire detached, after which a VAZ car, which was driving behind, ran over it. A 16-year-old girl, who also did not have a driver's license, was driving this car.

As a result of the road traffic accident, the boy who was riding on the tire sustained bodily injuries and was hospitalized.

Хутка 5 год як я не магу наведаць родныя мясціны. Колькі разоў хадзіў пешшу па гэтай дарозе . Яшчэ тады калі яна была грунтовая. Там есць нізкае месца. у нас называлі яго Грэбля. У маей роднай бабулі была старэйшая сястра Агрыпіна. Там , на гэтай Грэблі, падчас вайны расстралялі яе мужа. Яго вялі ў Любань. Бабуля Агрыпіна бегла за імі, маліла адпусціць. Ей прыкладам зламалі хрыбетнік. І так, сагнутая, яна і задзіла да самой смерці. У 80-я адсыпалі гравій толькі таму , што ў Касцяшах быў гравійны кар’ер і каб не ездзілі цяжкагрузы праз Асавец і Зяленкі зрабілі гравейку.
