Defense plant "Salyut" was on fire in Moscow. They produce engines for fighter jets there
A fire occurred in the east of Moscow on the territory of the defense enterprise "Salyut", which is part of the Russian state corporation "Rostec". Local media reported the incident.

According to information from Telegram channel 112, close to Russian security forces, technological equipment caught fire at the plant.
At the moment, the fire has been extinguished. Official causes of the ignition have not yet been named.
The "UEC-Salyut" enterprise is one of the largest manufacturers in the Russian military-industrial complex. It is engaged in the production and servicing of aircraft engines for both civil and military aviation (including for Su-27, Su-30, and Su-35 fighters).
Due to its involvement in the war, the plant is under numerous international sanctions from the USA, the European Union, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Ukraine.
