A multi-functional complex with a waterfall and trees on the roof is being completed on Nyamiha in Minsk
On February 12, the head of the administration of the Maskoŭski district of Minsk, Siarhei Rubanau, visited the multi-functional complex at Nemiga street, 44, which is being built by "Sigmapolis" company. Since the object is located in the city center, city authorities pay special attention to it, writes "Minsk-Novosti" agency.

The readiness of this building is already about 75%. The frame is almost completely glazed, the installation of aluminum stained-glass window structures is now being completed, and the main works are underway inside.

According to the chief architect Ivan Vinagradau, the building will have an original appearance and will be built using unique technologies. For the first time in Belarus, curved glass stained-glass windows are used in such a volume. A large decorative waterfall and an artificial stream along the facade will appear near the complex — as a symbol of the Nyamiha river.

The building will have different floor levels. It will feature a three-level parking, a food court, a hypermarket, retail and office spaces, including a two-level store with an escalator. The premises are already being heated.

A special feature will be the exploited roof, where they plan to create a green area with an automatic irrigation system. Trees will be planted in open ground, not in containers.
Construction is planned to be completed by the end of 2026. In spring, territory landscaping will begin here: laying tiles and creating green zones.
