According to a source from Tochka.by publication, in Belarus, a decision was made to completely cease the functioning of resources related to tut.by. The main one of these until now remained email.

Since the beginning of 2026, Belarusian legal entities have been receiving requirements from executive authorities to use only secure email services located in the national segment of the internet. This is stipulated in Lukashenka's decree No. 60.
At the same time, it is forbidden to use resources associated with «extremist activities». Particular attention was paid to tut.by, which is included in the list of internet resources with restricted access.
The largest information resource in Belarus, Tut.by, was recognized as «extremist» and blocked in 2021. Now its work is continued by the publication «Zerkalo».
Tut.by's email service was independent until 2009, then switched to the Google platform, and since 2015, it has been operating on the «Yandex» platform.
