Belarusian Railways Replaces "Stadler" with a Train of Ordinary Carriages Again
Belarusian Railways announced another replacement of a comfortable electric train of the EPM series with a train consisting of locomotive-hauled carriages. The reason for this decision is stated as the necessity of conducting an "unscheduled technical inspection" of the Swiss equipment.

The changes affected the following services:
No. 733 Minsk — Brest: departure on February 22 at 17:21.
No. 734 Brest — Minsk: departure on February 23 at 06:34.
Due to the rearrangements, tickets for these services may be temporarily unavailable in sales systems.
Passengers who have already purchased travel documents for the "Stadler" have been promised by Belarusian Railways a refund of the difference in ticket price — for this, they need to contact the ticket offices.
In recent months, Belarusian Railways has been increasingly using old locomotives instead of imported trains. The carrier explains this by the challenging conditions of this year's harsh winter, which foreign equipment does not always withstand, as well as the need for urgent repairs.
