From March 1st, kindergartens for toddlers under two years old appeared. What do parents think about this?
The publication Ex-press.live asked parents a question: from March 1st, groups for children under two years old will appear in kindergartens in every district of Belarus. Would you send your child to such a group? Both parents and people who remember childhood when mothers were forced to work immediately after childbirth responded.

Maria:
"There's not enough money, and I would send my son, but only if the educators were truly experienced. The main thing is not just supervision, but developmental activities and safety. Also, the nutrition and daily routine there should be perfectly thought out. But for full-time working mothers, such groups are a real godsend. Maybe I'll have to..."
Natalia:
"I will send my daughter to a group for under two-year-olds. Although I'm still hesitant. A two-year-old is still very young, but I understand that this is a chance for working mothers. If kindergartens prepare the groups properly, it could be beneficial for socialization."
Natalia:
"The idea is interesting, but I want more information: how many children are in a group, what is the nutrition and routine, who are the caregivers. For now, I'm inclined to try, but only if everything is safe."
Igor:
"On the one hand, it's convenient for parents. On the other hand, I'm not sure if a toddler needs a group for under two-year-olds. Perhaps we'll wait for feedback from other parents before deciding."
Inna, 58 years old:
"When I was little, my mother went back to work immediately after childbirth, there wasn't a long maternity leave back then... And also because there wasn't enough money. We were left with various old grandmothers and nannies. My mother told me that the nanny would eat the food they left for me... And I was always hungry. It's terrible when a mother is forced to work instead of being with her child."
Elena:
"My husband and I discussed this news. We think it will really help mothers return to work sooner. It will be interesting for the child to communicate with others, but it's important that the conditions are good."
Olga:
"They are just planning it for now, but it seems to me that it will be interesting for the child to play with other children. But I would like to know how the educators will be trained and what the routine will be like. My mother went back to work immediately after childbirth, I was taken to a nursery. It was a nightmare — sometimes I was hungry, sometimes I was afraid to go to them because no one cared. It's very difficult for a child. But honestly, it feels like the state is thinking not about children, but about parents working."
Sergey:
"Personally, we will probably try it. My wife already works full-time, and such groups would really save us. But first, I want to see how the activities and care for the little ones will be organized."
