American actor and Oscar winner Sean Penn has arrived in Kyiv again. It is reported that he arrived in the city by train.

"We know how to keep secrets, so we kept silent about this flight until the last moment. Now we officially announce: Sean Penn chose Ukraine instead of the Oscars! And he arrived in Kyiv by Ukrainian Railways. And we can confirm: Sean Penn did not smoke in the vestibule," says the message from Ukrainian Railways.
Ukrainian TV presenter and film producer Yuri Gorbunov, announcing the actor's arrival, congratulated Sean Penn on receiving his third Academy Award and reminded that the actor previously received this award for his roles in the films "Mystic River" and "Milk".
In the comments, users inquired whether the actor's visit to Ukraine was related to new filming. To this, Gorbunov answered affirmatively, effectively confirming that the visit might be related to a film project.
