BRSM asked to share stereotypes about the organization — and received a barrage of negativity.
«We know this exists. Tell us about the stereotypes about our organization, and we will refute or confirm them», — the Minsk City Organization of BRSM came up with such an initiative in its thread.
The most popular question was about where the money collected as contributions goes.
Second in popularity was the remark that «people are forced into the organization at the local level».

Users also asked when BRSM would start speaking Belarusian:
«We know our native language well and can speak it! And we also know the Constitution well, and according to it, we have two state languages in our country!» — replied the channel editors. This was the only answer in Belarusian. In other cases, questions asked in Belarusian were answered in Russian.
«Is there space within BRSM for criticism of the authorities, and if so, can you give an example of when it actually influenced a decision?» — asked the Association of Belarusian Students. To which they received the answer:
«BRSM is a place for concrete actions and self-realization, and just chatting — that's not us! But we are always ready to engage in a constructive discussion with you!»
The Minsk BRSM ignored the proposal to hold public debates on current issues concerning Belarusian youth.
In response to sharp remarks, BRSM tried to joke. Thus, in response to the opinion: «It's not stereotypes about you, it's a stigma. You won't refute it» — they wrote:
«Pedigree animals are branded. We distinguish our own by good deeds, love for the Motherland, and branded paraphernalia! But both are a sign of quality!»
«How is the organization doing that participated in the deportation of Ukrainian children?» — asked another Belarusian.
«We are doing well! The children who came to our sanatoriums are also doing well, already home, and we are in contact with them!», — they assure him.
«How are elections for leadership positions held there? Do you coordinate with the pro-rector-KGBist in universities?» — another reader quipped.
«Honestly and openly! Like any elections in our country», — they replied to him.
To the remark: «Everyone is forced in. Though this isn't a stereotype», the channel editors replied: «Agreed — that's not a stereotype! That's a FAKE!».
Such answers caused even greater outrage: «Do you know that the majority of Belarusians consider you worthless lackeys and despise you? How do you live with this? How do you explain the purpose of your existence to your own children?» — asks one of the users.
«You are idlers who do nothing for young people», — adds another.
