Propagandists showed a small behind-the-scenes look at the last round of negotiations between the Belarusian leader and the Americans.
The "Vremya pervogo" (Time of the First) program on BT showed details of the negotiations between the US delegation and Alexander Lukashenka, which took place on Thursday, March 19.
Before US Special Representative John Koul entered Lukashenka's office, he was entertained by translator Sergei Zelenkevich and the head of the KGB.
Zelenkevich tried to impress the American guest by saying that in Belarus, fishermen still go out on the ice.
"The ice is thin, but fishermen still sit and catch fish," said Sergei Zelenkevich.

After negotiations with Alexander Lukashenka on March 19, 250 people were released from Belarusian prisons. 15 were taken to Lithuania, the rest were allowed to stay in the country, but with significant restrictions.
